WHAT WE OFFER:
We create custom thank-you insert cards with QR codes for reviews. Orders typically complete through third-party platforms (e.g., Etsy). We may produce and ship via print-on-demand partners.
ORDERING PROCESS:
- You submit brand details (logo, colors, social handles, discount text, review link).
- We provide a digital proof.
- You review and approve the proof.
- After approval, we proceed to print and ship.
PROOFS & APPROVALS:
- You are responsible for reviewing spelling, logos, colors, QR destination, and layout.
- Once approved, the order is final and sent to production. Changes after approval may require a new order.
PRINTING, COLOR & MATERIALS:
- Small color variations may occur between on-screen previews and printed results due to device and print tolerances.
- Trim and alignment tolerances are standard for professional printing.
- We print on the paper/finish specified (e.g., matte or gloss) unless otherwise agreed.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
- Production and shipping timelines shown are estimates; delays may occur (e.g., carrier or supplier issues).
- Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier. We’ll assist with reasonable tracking support.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPRINTS:
- Because products are custom, no refunds or cancellations after proof approval.
- If your order arrives damaged or with a production defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order number. We’ll repair, reprint, or replace at our discretion.
- We are not responsible for errors approved in your proof (e.g., typos, wrong QR links, low-resolution logos you provided).
PRICING, TAXES, & FEES:
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Applicable taxes, duties, or import fees are your responsibility where required.
YOUR CONTENT & LICENSE:
- You represent and warrant that you own or have permission to use all assets you provide (logos, brand names, graphics, text, URLs).
- You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use those assets solely to create, print, and deliver your order and to provide customer support.
PROHIBITED CONTENT:
- No content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise prohibited by law or platform policy. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
- Our templates, designs, Site content, and trademarks are owned by Card-Able or our licensors. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, resell, or distribute our templates or designs.
- If you purchase an editable design, it is licensed for your business use only (non-transferable, non-sublicensable) unless expressly stated otherwise.
DISCLAIMERS:
- Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Card-Able and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
INDEMNIFICATION:
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Card-Able from any claims, damages, or costs arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your content or assets provided, or (c) your misuse of the products.
FORCE MAJEURE:
- We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., supplier issues, strikes, natural disasters).
GOVERNING LAWS & DISPUTES:
